Education
2020-2022
The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT)
BFA
Throughout my Bachelor's course, I experienced significant growth that grew my understanding of my art practice. It equipped me with the skills to transform my inquiries about the world myself into engaging art pieces.
2023
The Unviversity of Melbourne (VCA)
BFA (Honours)
2025-2026
The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT)
MFA
Honours deepened my understanding of creating art that not only invited profound questioning and research but also fosterd engagement in a site-specific context.
Throughout this master's program, I significantly refined my artistic technique. Transitioning from large, mixed-media installations to richly complex concertina works. This shift mirrored a crucial change in focus, moving from questioning Western capitalist society to a deeper, inward exploration of self.
Experience
2022
Internship
I was privileged to engage with a community of passionate artists and designers dedicated to showcasing work that pushes the boundaries of contemporary art. While this experience provided a deep understanding of the wider artistic world, it also allowed me to build practical skills like art installation, gallery sitting and client relations.
2023
Volunteer
I directly engaged with the public's interaction with contemporary art, focusing on the gallery's large-scale programming. Witnessed how educational workshops and diverse art pieces foster community understanding and early exposure to the art world, furthering art's role as a public amenity.
